Del Ola

Best living in south Florida. Del-Ola community has it all but most important is the leasing office is amazing. I can’t say enough on the help received from Wenda. She has been amazing! Moving In Stephanie has helped me tremendously as well. They have made my move less stressful being alone with 2 boys and a lot of stuff. As far as the community, it’s stunning! It’s the best place to live with so many high end amenities. And bring your pup. This doggy community loves them!

New company comes in and tries milking every dollar out of the place. Mandatory valet trash is mostly useless, you can't put your trash can out except for a small window of time which I'm normally not home for. They totally quit fertilizing and spraying weed killer on the grass, it used to be a pretty lush yard now it's a field of weeds. Parking would be huge issue as most of the people with garages don't use them but occupancy is falling. Don't worry the new owners are probably making lots of money.

My mother was planning on leaving the South Florida Area all together due to the market conditions and decided to give one more property a try and I am so glad she did! The Manager ,Conny, helped my mother secure a place and has been incredibly helpful and patient during the process of deciding between 3 different layouts. This was also the first property where we dealt with a Manager directly which was truly impressive because the majority of places make you wait for a sales person. The grounds are so well kept too ! The resort style pool is what sold us as well.

I don't usually write a review but this time I just had to, because this young lady was simply AMAZING! Ms. Stephanie Alvarez truly made my day so pleasant, from her lovely smile and bubbly disposition, she was the most helpful to me in a stressful time of searching. There aren't too many genuine people around that will do all they can to make sure you get what you need and she just made me feel so at ease. Listen if you want quality service with care and laughter come here to see Stephanie and get a home with a smile!

I want to start off by saying I have never written a review for any apartment, restauraunt, etc. but Del Ola was not what I expected at all. It looked like a great place online but I ended up wasting a lot of time and money. I would not recommend signing here. First, they never answered the phone. They would only answer if I called multiple times, making the phone ring. When I emailed, they would only respond to the parts they wanted to. But I really wanted to live in Boca so I did the application. They kept asking for more and more statements for the guarantor portion even though all of it was filled out. No other apartment complex has asked for the information they were wanting. During the process, a one-to-two month free rent special popped up on their website. I asked if they would honor that since I hadn't signed a lease yet. They would not honor it since I technically started the application. They just wanted more money. My lease was supposed to start Dec 27th and the property manager Wenda said she would not send the paperwork/lease until next Saturday, the 23rd. I started the application in November so you can see why I was very frustrated and stressed not having anything secured. I kept calling them to try to speed things up in a timely manner. Given this lack of security and communication, we did not want to do business with these type of people. I found a new place that answered their phones immediately and got me approved in less than 24 hours. Del Ola did not give back any of the money we paid them for the application and administration fee. It did state the application fee was non-refundable but I do not agree with their policy. What was so crazy to me was that even if you get denied, they still keep the money. I knew I was not going to get denied but seeing that in the fine print when I submitted my application was definitely a red flag. Overall, this was a terrible experience. Wenda had a rude attitude almost every phone call and nothing was accomplished. Do not waste your time and money like I did, I hope this helps someone.

My bf and I have been here for 2 years. Patiently waiting to move out. The unit is outdated, overpriced and it’s soooo noisy being next to Dixie and the railway line. The management office is always closed or on lunch break. They never answer their damn phone. Went they do they can never help because they never “know” anything. Asking them to find out from a supervisor is useless, they don’t do their job, they don’t care. They either don’t get back to you at all or they get back to you with another “we don’t know”. (Even for things like a breakdown of the rent cost, they simply couldn’t tell me how they got to that number, pathetic!!) Wenda, the head of the office, is absolutely useless. The second you sign on the line and she’s paid, she dgaf about you. When we signed they were supposed to fix the gym. 2 years later and it’s in the exact same state. I am sure they’ll reply to this message so that they look like they care. My bf and I have responded to the survey they sent out to the residents and they were supposed to contact us about the things we think could be better, but it’s only a facade, they never reach out or try to make the place better. That would affect their profits.
